My room was immaculate, illuminated with abundant natural light and equipped with effective soundproofing that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The shower was particularly notable, with immediate hot water and satisfying flow-easily the best I've encountered during my travels. While there was minimal interaction with staff due to our late arrival, I appreciated the thoughtful 'welcome' text guiding our check-in process. Parking was convenient, even accommodating our work trailer, a rarity in many establishments. With complimentary Wi-Fi and tea/coffee facilities-alongside the option for in-room breakfast-this motel provides essential comforts for a reasonable price. For those seeking a well-priced stay in the Frankston area, this location is a pragmatic choice without sacrificing the essentials of a pleasant experience.
